＃ Technique
and Quality Control
In our company, there are about 100 technologists who
are engaged in the researching, developing and designing
for the labor-protection products. Because of their endeavor
our products have taken the lead among the similar products
in our country. Of all these technologists, there are
experts on rubber technique who are enjoying the State
subsidies. About 70 percent of the technologists have
the senior or junior titles of technical post and more
than 60 percent of them are majored in the rubber technique
research. All of these technologists are the major force
for helping our company to catch up with the advanced
technical development in the world of this field. Some
of their researching works has filled in the gap of the
labor-protection field in China, and has been the tops
in the world. With the advanced technique and fine quality,
our products have gained several rewards issued by local
government and the state government for decades.
 Our
company has attached importance to quality management
and control of the products. Besides the qualified testing
staff, our testing laboratory are well equipped with all
kind of testing instruments which include: electronic
tense test machine, breaking test machine, wearing and
tearing test machine, electricity testing machine, aging-test
box, sulfuration-test instrument, safe cap dynamic testing
instruments, etc. All these 50 sets of testing equipments
can secure the quality control from material to semi-products
until the final products.
We regard the quality of the products as the life of
the enterprise. As early as in the mid of 1980s an activity
of Total Quality Control (TQC) was held in our company.
In 1995 we set up the quality control system according
to the model of ISO9000 for international quality control
standard. Finally we gained the certificate of ISO9002
on the 1st of June 1996. Because of the scientific management
our products were produced with fine quality. Over decades,
the Safety-Brand labor-protection and insulating series
articles have won fine-quality reward issued by state
government, the famous-brand-name reward of Tianjin, and
have been recommended as the finest labor-protection products
in China by the Association of Chinese Labor Protecting
Industry.
＃ Business Achievement
Belonged to Tianjin Shuang¨an Labor-Protection Co., Ltd,
Tianjin Shuang¨an Labor-Protection Sales Company was established
in 1998. It is in charge of the sells of the products
produced by the whole company. Following the tenet that
＾Quality First and User the God￣, the sales company sells
the products in the domestic and foreign market with their
faith. The volume and scope of the selling are keeping
extended in the fierce competitiveness of the market.
More than 210 distribution shops have been set over the
country and embranchments have been set in many provinces
such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guizhou, Liaoning, and Heilongjiang.
Based on the stable sells network and the fine post-sells
service, the Sales Company has gained much market quota
and praises from the customers. |
